Where do we ship?
We are based in the China and now provide worldwride shipping only..
Kindly note that the following areas in the US are still not available for shipping: Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, Alaska.
Do we provide free shipping?
Yes.
How long will it take to get the order?
Placed order will be packaged within 24 hours except some special holidays. The delivery time depends on where you are, overseas orders are delivered by air and it can take about 7-30 days depend on local customs and import procedures.
Where to see order tracking information?
Orders are available to track here: https://t.17track.net. Usually it takes 5-7 days to see the tracking details from the time the order placed.
Can the delivery address be changed after it has been shipped out?
Please check your city, area, and post code carefully when you place orders, this is very important because we cannot change the shipment once the product is on the way.
How to cancel the order?
Our aim is to make sure that our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we are happy to help. Just email us directly within 7 days of receiving your order and we will take you through the process.
